Very Bad customer service. I was to have a water heater replaced in November 2021 and have had nothing but issues. Contractor they hired charged me $400 for “Modifications” which I believe is the Term Contractors use to get extra money from homeowners, because the Warranty Companies will OK any issue that contractor says is a modification. First American did not process my request for a partial Refund of the $400 even though it was PARTS that were replaced, and I was covered under their Eagle Premier Plan with First Class Upgrade. I waited on the phone for over an hour to speak to a supervisor (which is common) and was disconnected by customer service rep. First American ordered one brand water heater and their contractor put in a different brand, which turned out to be defective. Save your money and pay a little extra and go to a top-rated warranty company. Ask for names of their Contractors before they start any work on your property.
