To whom it may concern; We have been without Air conditioning services for 5 days now. I have called multi times trying to get someone to come out and service our unit. I have chronic asthma and informed the agent of my household medical conditions. We were told multi times that someone will contact us back. We called back because we didn’t receive a call. Another agent stated that the last agent put it in notes that someone solved our concern which was a lie. We were told that our call will be expeditated, which that was a lie. I have been trying for 4 days at this time to get someone out to our residence, and again we had to call. Finally after talking to the 4th agent he said that he had found us someone to come out the next day between the hours of 10 am -12 pm. Excited thinking we finally got someone to come out, Here we are day 5, dealing with serve bad air quality and heat due to local fires in the foothills, Plus our household medical conditions, I called the referral company that was assigned to service our AC unit per the fidelity agent, today to see if they are still coming since it is an hour past noon. The girl that answered stated that she doesn’t have a referral from our insurance company and that they are all booked for the day. I informed her that I was told by the agent that he spoke to a girl. She stated that is impossible, they received a request at 5:20 pm yesterday afternoon but they close at 4:30 pm. So there was no way the agent spoke to someone. After telling her all the hardship that we have been having trying to get someone out and our medical conditions she stated that she would give me a call back which she did. And informed me that someone will be out today between the hours or 2-4 pm. I can’t believe that it has been literally 5 days of run-a-round from this agency, and agent-after-agent has failed to give us customer service that we deserve. I hope any future concerns with our house will not take this long to take care of. And I especially hope that agents will understand the importance of customer service.
