I have had a horrible experience with your company and we just bought a house in March. Our refrigerator stopped working in May and we contacted you for help. You sent a repair man out who barely looked at the fridge and said we need a new fan. was our on a Wednesday and didn’t come back til Tuesday night after memorial day. immediately said, oh its not the fan, you have a Freon leak. you will need to replace the refrigerator completely. We called you the next morning, and you said well we think a part could fix it. you waited three days and than said no, we need to replace the refrigerator. Week 2, no fridge still. We asked how much so we could go out and get one over the weekend and you said we will get back to us. weekend ended which was told to us doenst count because its not a business day, but i lived two days without a fridge, i think they count. Monday you said $2000 for our replacement though the refrigerator is worth over $3000. You told us 400 went to the contractor because he ordered a part that in good faith was suppose to fix our appliance. So here we are, responsible for the guy who did not do his job that you hired. out $400 to our refrigerator in our new home and our first experience with you. My faith is lost in one person, you. not the contractor, i didn’t hire him. i hired you. I was charged 85$ for contractor to inspect it, which he diagnosed wrong. but i foot the bill for that. 400 for a part that was never going to fix our issue. i foot that bill. where is your faith in us as customer who trusted you to do the right thing?
