HSA did not return any phone calls they said they would they did not have information in a timely manor and when they learned that I was pregnant and living in an 85 degree house and said they would move this to top priority we saw no increased action or follow-thru..All in all we are highly disappointed in HSA and will not recommend this company to anyone.

With most home insurance policies expiring in the first few years after closing a home owner warranty is a nice posterior appendage to your continued security. Why not safeguard your home and family as you face the secondary homeowner years the era when a good majority of systems and appliances fall prey to age and deterioration.

Your home warranty company will replace broken items with similar items but you might be able to get the equivalent of the replacement cost for your old water heater in cash that you can apply toward the installation of your new system. 3 Renew renew renewYour home warranty is renewable for as long as you own your home though some providers wont allow you to re-up if you have had a gap in coverage usually for about 350 to 500 per renewal year. A single major repair can pay for years worth of coverage - if your home warranty provider pays to replace a 7 000 furnace that policy has paid for itself for as long as 20 years!

There are many different types of home warranty coverage being offered today. In most cases the plans offered today tend to provide coverage to repair or replace items in the home not covered by regular homeowners insurance. .In addition most home warranty plans allow you to buy up the coverage to include additional items such as a hot tub or swimming pool..However before you purchase a home warranty or renew your current coverage it is worth doing some research first. By doing some of this it could actually help to save you some money in the future on the premiums you pay..Below we offer some ideas that you may find helpful in getting the right sort of home warranty coverage for less money than you pay currently.. For example the sales brochure may say central air is covered but the actual policy may further describe that larger than five tons and outside piping are not covered..2. It is a good idea to do some comparison shopping beforehand and obtain several quotes from companies that provide this form of coverage. When you receive this information don t look just at the price they are quoting but also the amount of coverage they provide. You may be quietly surprised to see how much the level of coverage that each company provides varies..3. Another way that you can help to keep the costs down when it comes to home warranty coverage is to only buy the coverage you need.
